Saturday, January, 28 from 2-5 p.m.--Come meet our current artist, Lawrence Petersen, at a reception where you can view his display of original photographs, on display through February 26th.
Saturday, February 25-from 12 noon to 5 p.m.--Join the Haw River Wine Trail wineries for our annual Trail Tidbit event. Travel to each winery on the Trail and get a course specially paired with a wine chosen by the winery's vintner. At Benjamin Vineyards, we will be serving the entree, a pork, veggie, and fig tort prepared by Saxapahaw General Store paired with Seyval Blanc. (There will be a vegetarian option of mushroom and caramelized onion tort.) GlenMarie will have Chardonnay paired with chowder served in a bread bowl; Grove is pairing Cabernet-infused chocolate truffles with Sangiovese; and Irongate will serve assorted tapas with Sauvignon Blanc. Tickets are $18/person and are limited to the first 200 to sign up. • Saturday: Durham Central Park Pavilion from 8 a.m.- 12 noon
• Saturday: Carrboro Town Commons from 7 a.m.-12 noon (Winter hours 9 a.m.-12 noon)
• Saturdays in Saxapahaw: Farmers Market and Music Series from 5-8 p.m. May through end of August
