Dry White Wines:

Chardonnay (unoaked)-- A traditional crisp dry white wine, good with poultry, pork, and fish.

Chardonnay (oaked)-- Aged 10 or more months in American oak to add body, a great complement to any meal.

Dry Red Wines:

Norton--Produced from a native American vinifera grape (also known as Cynthiana).  Norton offers a fruit-forward hint of elderberries balanced with crisp tartness and soft tannins.  Great with Italian food.

Merlot-- With classic fruit characteristics of black cherry and currant combined with oak, this medium-bodied dinner wine is a good match with beef, poultry, pasta, and lamb dishes.

Chambourcin -- This deep red, medium-bodied wine with hints of berry, cassis, and spice flavors.  Rapidly becoming the signature red wine of North Carolina, this wine is aged in French Oak barrels to add complexity.

Cabernet Sauvignon-- Aged over two years in French oak barrels to create a full-bodied, complex wine with aromatic fruit flavors and bold tannins; an excellent pairing with red meat and game dishes.

Semi Dry White Wine:

Seyval Blanc--From a French/American hybrid grapevine, this fruity, semi-dry wine offers flavors of allspice, citrus and tropical fruits.

May Wine--This wine is made using an old German recipe where strawberries and woodruff are added to a white wine.  A Spring seasonal wine, the taste will make you think of spring/summer!

Muscadine Wines:
Carlos (semi-dry)--Taste the bold, rich fruit flavor from this white Muscadine grape. Goes well with cheeses, hors d’oeuvres, or shellfish—or try a glass before bedtime to help you sleep.

Magnolia (semi-sweet)-- A sweet/tart dessert-like white Muscadine grape wine that is great alone or with appetizers, cheeses, or Oriental cuisine.

Scuppernong (sweet)-- If you like sweet wines, try this wine from a white Muscadine grape that is a traditional Southern favorite.  It’s also the state fruit!  Silver Medal Winner, NC State Fair Wine Competition.

Hunt (semi-sweet)-- A red Muscadine wine high in antioxidants; this wine, like all our Muscadine wines, is made from grapes grown organically at Benjamin Vineyards & Winery.

Blackberry Bramble (sweet)-- Our red Muscadine wine blended with blackberries for a great taste combination.

Dessert Wine:

Framboise (Currently SOLD OUT)--100% pure North Carolina raspberries are used to make this classic French dessert wine.  Like a liqueur, this wine can be served as an aperitif or after dinner--goes especially well with chocolate!
